IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Vorman Labs (“Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using VECTRA (“The Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. PUBLIC BETA DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND IS CURRENTLY IN A “BETA” STATE.
The Licensee acknowledges that the Software is a work in progress and may contain bugs, errors, or cause system instability.
A. NO WARRANTY: Vorman Labs expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
B. NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS: In no event shall Vorman Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, corruption of project files, loss of business profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
C. USER RESPONSIBILITY: The Licensee is solely responsible for backing up data and projects prior to using the Software.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Vorman Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software on systems owned by you.
Deluxe Edition Rights: You are entitled to use the included Wavetables, Presets, and DSP algorithms in your musical productions royalty-free.
Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the specific beta assets (skins, specific wavetable banks) labeled as “Exclusive.”
3. NIGHTLY BUILDS
Parandroid may provide optional “Nightly Builds” (experimental updates). These are untested and provided for feedback purposes only. Use Nightly Builds at your own risk; they may not be backward compatible with previous save states.
4. REFUNDS
VECTRA is a licensed digital software product. By purchasing, downloading, or activating the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that this is not a trial product and that licenses are consumed upon delivery.
Vorman Labs offers a 72-hour technical guarantee strictly limited to cases where the Software contains a reproducible technical defect that prevents it from launching or performing its core advertised functions on a supported system.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Subjective dissatisfaction or unmet expectations
Workflow preference, complexity, or learning curve
Performance issues caused by unsupported, outdated, or underpowered hardware
Beta-related instability that does not prevent basic functionality
Activated licenses where no confirmed technical defect is demonstrated
The Licensee must provide sufficient technical information and evidence (including system specifications and reproduction steps) to allow verification of the alleged defect. If no such defect is confirmed, no refund will be issued.
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion
BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
