Modulation System

Rebuilt from the foundation.

Vectra's modulation system now uses a shared modulation model across DSP, UI, readouts and preset operations. Full route depth is easier to understand and behaves more consistently across destinations.

Consistent modulation across cutoff, oscillator pitch, oscillator mix, resonance, pulse width, sustain, Delta Ratio, FM depth and Maelstrom destinations.
Cleaner route activity handling means modulation depth behaves as an amount, with full negative −100% travel reachable on every destination.
A unified depth law across the synth gives sound designers clearer results and fewer exceptions.

This release focuses on one of the most important parts of a modern instrument: the relationship between what you see, what you dial and what you hear. The modulation system now uses a shared model across destinations, and the new readouts make complex sound design easier to control in real time.

The result is a more coherent modulation workflow, plus a readout system designed for the precision serious producers expect from a professional instrument.
