VECTRA 2.1.5 — MIDI Learn Completion
VECTRA 2.1.5 completes the MIDI Learn system and significantly expands hardware-controller support across the synthesizer.
MIDI Learn
- Completed MIDI Learn support across VECTRA
- Added MIDI Learn support for Macro 1–8
- Added MIDI Learn support for the complete Delta Core
- Delta Ratio
- Delta Feedback
- Delta Level
- Delta Amount
- Delta Wave
- Added MIDI Learn support for the full FM routing section
- A → B
- B → A
- D → A
- D → B
- Added MIDI Learn support for Filter ENV Amount
- Added MIDI Learn support for Filter Key Tracking
- Added MIDI Learn support for Oscillator Unison Voices
- Added proper handling for stepped/discrete MIDI targets
- Unified Learn / Re-Learn / Remove MIDI CC / Cancel Learn behavior across supported controls
Fixes
- Fixed a major MIDI Learn addressing bug that could prevent Macros, Delta and FM parameters from learning correctly
- Fixed MIDI Learn for high-index VECTRA parameters
- Prevented MIDI assignments from resolving to the wrong parameter
- Fixed inconsistent MIDI Learn availability between standard sliders and modulatable controls
- Removed inappropriate MIDI Learn exposure from unsupported/internal parameters
- MIDI Learn eligibility is now explicitly controlled rather than automatically inherited from parameter groups
- Improved handling of future parameters so unsupported controls remain disabled until intentionally added
- Improved Unison Voices MIDI control while preserving VECTRA entitlement limits
- Preserved existing ModMatrix, parameter readout and right-click behavior alongside MIDI Learn
Under the hood
- Expanded MIDI Learn target addressing to safely support VECTRA’s current parameter count
- Added explicit continuous / stepped / unsupported MIDI target classification
- Added additional regression protection for high-index parameters and invalid MIDI Learn targets
- No preset parameter IDs or parameter ordering were changed
VECTRA 2.1.5 makes MIDI Learn a complete, consistent hardware-control system across the main performance and synthesis controls.
