Nurturing Creativity: The Evolution from Instinct Learning to Audionerdz Academy

 

Our narrative begins in 2014 with the establishment of Instinct Learning, a brainchild of a seasoned music creator and educator deeply immersed in the electronic music scene. This visionary figure, widely known as Parandroid or Samuel Zimmermann, not only graced global stages but collaborated with genre luminaries during his expansive 15-year career.

Instinct Learning emerged from a commitment to share more than just technical know-how; it aimed to guide aspiring musicians along a transformative journey of creativity—a path of life requiring discipline, passion, and care. Beyond the beats and rhythms, Samuel envisioned a community that celebrated the multifaceted layers of musical creation.

International workshops, hosting over 30 participants and featuring multiple instructors, became a cornerstone of Instinct Learning. These immersive three-day experiences provided not only education but also a space for networking and community building. As these workshops thrived, so did the realization that the quest for knowledge about the creative process should transcend physical borders.

The vision persisted until external forces, particularly the financial strains of the COVID-19 crisis, prompted the challenging decision to close Instinct Learning. This closure wasn’t the end; it marked a transition—a natural evolution. From these experiences, Audionerdz Academy emerged, embodying the resilience and commitment to democratizing music education.

Audionerdz Academy inherits the legacy of Instinct Learning, built upon thousands of hours of dedicated work and a wealth of experience. This evolution is more than a name change; it’s a commitment to carry forward a dream—to make the intricate art of music creation accessible to a global audience.
