We’re looking for VECTRA sound designers.
Today we are opening the VECTRA Creator Program: a curated path for sound designers to build official VECTRA sound packs, release them through the Audionerdz ecosystem, and receive a 50% creator share of defined Net Receipts.
VECTRA has grown far beyond the instrument we originally launched. Its synthesis architecture, modulation system, performance controls, sequencer, Forge environment and expanding sound-design systems now give creators a very large canvas to work with.
But a deep instrument only becomes more valuable when different people bring different musical instincts to it. We do not want every VECTRA sound to come from the same hands, the same genres or the same programming habits. We want experienced preset designers, producers, experimental programmers and specialists from different scenes to show us what they think VECTRA should sound like.
That is why we are opening the VECTRA Creator Program.
You concentrate on creating a strong, coherent VECTRA sound pack. Audionerdz operates the official commercial path around it: packaging, storefront, customer access, delivery and release infrastructure.
This is not an open upload marketplace and it is not a race to generate the largest number of presets. The program is curated. We are looking for people with a point of view, solid programming ability and the discipline to finish a product that feels intentional from the first patch to the last.
More creators should leave fingerprints on VECTRA.
Different ears create different instruments.
A psytrance designer, cinematic programmer, techno producer and experimental sound artist will all push the same synthesis system in different directions.
VECTRA is built for more than static presets.
Performance mappings, modulation, movement, hybrid sources and sequencing can become part of the identity of a patch—not just decoration around it.
Creators should not need to build a commerce stack.
The sound designer should spend the majority of the project designing sound, while Audionerdz handles the official release path around the product.
Do not build 80 presets before we know the direction works.
The first creative step is deliberately small. If your application is a fit, we ask for approximately five VECTRA presets in the proposed direction.
Those five patches tell us far more than a long pitch deck can. We can hear the sound quality, see how you program the instrument, evaluate musical usability and decide whether the concept can grow into a coherent commercial release.
From application to official release.
The process is designed to validate the creative direction early and keep the responsibilities clear.
Show us your work.
Tell us what you program, where we can hear your existing work and what kind of VECTRA pack you want to build.
Build roughly five patches.
Selected applicants demonstrate the sound and direction before committing to a full commercial bank.
Develop the full concept.
Once the direction is approved, the creator builds the bank, mappings, metadata and revisions to release standard.
Ship through VECTRA.
Audionerdz packages, presents, distributes and operates the official customer access and delivery path.
A simple baseline split.
For the founding-creator pilot, there is no upfront advance. Once an accepted pack is released, the creator receives 50% of defined Net Receipts from the pack’s sales.
There is no promised sales number or guaranteed income. The goal is a clear commercial relationship around work that we both believe is worth releasing.
Follower count is not the qualification.
We care much more about the work itself: originality, technical control, musical judgment and whether you can finish a coherent product.
The current baseline is at least 40 accepted presets, with roughly 50–80 being a typical range. The exact scope can vary by concept. Quality and coherence are more important than filling a quota.
Official Creator Packs live inside the VECTRA ecosystem.
Accepted commercial Creator Packs are released through the authorized VECTRA/Audionerdz ecosystem. Creators are encouraged to promote their work and send their audience to the official product, but the official commercial pack is not independently resold through Gumroad, Bandcamp, Discord downloads, separate marketplaces or an external creator store.
This matters because the release is more than a loose folder of preset files. The official path gives us one place to operate packaging, storefront presentation, transactions, customer access, delivery and support around the product.
The creator retains authorship of their original sound-design work. The creator agreement provides Audionerdz with the rights needed to package, commercialize, distribute, deliver and support the official VECTRA release.
